The Western Union Telegraph Building was constructed in 1922 in the Washington Square West neighborhood of Philadelphia. The four-story, 162,900 square foot building was acquired in 2003, and approvals were obtained to add an eight -story addition of modern glass to the existing structure. The property consists of 100 luxury residential condominiums, two ground floor retail condominiums, leased by Walgreens and a restaurant, and 100 indoor parking spaces.
