The former headquarters of the Dixon Ticonderoga pencil factory was built in 1890 and is a Certified Historic Structure located in Jersey City’s Van Vorst Historical District. After acquisition in 1985, the 50,000 square foot building was rehabilitated into a 36-unit condominium residential building.
