The Lithographic Publications Building formerly known as the Steppacher Building, was constructed in 1902. In 2003, the 60,000 square foot landmark building was rehabilitated into 62 loft residences. The City of Philadelphia condemned the property in 2007 and constructed the Pennsylvania Convention Center Expansion.
