Originally constructed for use by IBM in 1989, the vacant 118,900 square foot building was acquired in 2004 and fully renovated into a multi-tenanted office building. The two-story building is on 8.46 acres of land and has 523 parking spaces and two loading docks. The office building is located off Exit 13 (Route 9) of Interstate 84 in Dutchess County, New York.
