The Freedom Square Shopping Center is a one-story building occupying 1.8 acres of land in the Germantown neighborhood in Philadelphia. After acquisition in 2012, the 19,905 square foot building was renovated and repositioned to accommodate a new retail anchor, Dollar General. After improvements, the shopping center consisted of six retail units with 62 parking spaces. The property was sold in 2018 and another property was acquired through a 1031 Exchange.
