The corporate park is an assemblage of three masonry and steel buildings, totaling 512,000 square feet.
Buildings 155 and 167 are interconnected and were constructed in 1982 as the IBM Research Center, totaling 286,000 square feet. After acquisition in 2005, the buildings were completely renovated into multi-tenanted offices with new lobbies, a life system generator and a 150-kilo watt backup generator. There are two loading docks at Building 155 and six loading docks at Building 167. The 23 acre property has 795 parking spaces.
Constructed in 1985, Building 169 is two-stories, consisting of 226,000 square feet with three loading docks. The building is currently being redeveloped into a state-of-the-art self-storage facility with 3,600 storage lockers to be operated by CubeSmart.
The 30.6 acre property has 700 parking spaces. The buildings are accessible from Interstate 84 via Route 9 in Dutchess County, New York.
