The five-story brick school was built in 1909. After acquisition the school was designated as a Certified Historic Structure. The 27,000 square foot building qualified for the Federal Rehabilitation Tax Credit for expenditures associated with historic preservation. The building was rehabilitated into 21 distinctive luxury apartment units with 42 parking spaces.
