Constructed in 2002, the 50,000 square foot building consists of office space, sterile warehouse and distribution facility, situated on 4.5 acres. The property was formerly owned and operated by the U.S. Air Force and then occupied by Wyeth and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. The building was fully renovated with Pfizer in 2003 and is currently fully leased to SterRX LLC.
