Adjacent to the Italian Market in Philadelphia, the property was the former site of the 225,000 square foot C.J. Milne Gingham Factory built in 1895. After acquisition in 1998, the building was demolished and replaced with a retail center consisting of two new one-story buildings with 50 parking spaces. CVS Pharmacy occupies a 10,125 square foot building and Sherwin Williams and Instacart occupy a 28,925 square foot building.
