Built in 1913, the Keeler and the Leader-Rosenfield Buildings were designated as Certified Historic Structures in the Norwalk Enterprise Zone, located in South Norwalk, CT. After acquisition, the buildings were rehabilitated into 27 luxury condominiums. The renovation qualified for a 25% investment tax credit along with real estate tax abatements and exemptions.
