The three-story, 127,000 square foot building was the former IBM Corporation Education Center. The steel and concrete building is built around a center atrium and features a cafeteria, 120-seat auditorium, 88-seat auditorium, classrooms and office space. The 23.8 acre property has 475 parking spaces. After acquisition in 2005, approvals were obtained to construct a traffic signal for direct access to the front of the building on Route 9. The building is located at the intersection of Route 9 and Spackenkill Road.
